Last summer, I had to have the battery in my ’69 Firebird. This is the sixth of the battery that I had since I’ve owned. This aligns five years for each battery. Not bad, but I expect to have 10 years ago, this new one. The reason I’m optimistic that I am a new administrator, who not only keep the office, but also desulphates!

The desolation process reverses and dissolves the lead sulfate crystals that form inside. This is a natural process. As the steel in the air reacts with oxygen to oxidize and lead in sulfuric acid reacts and is the lead sulfate. The problem with sulfate crystals is that they conduct electricity. And therefore, do not allow the battery to do its job. The crystals are formed regardless of whether the battery is used all the time or very little. They form more rapidly when the battery is low. Thus, a trickle charger allows only a trickle charger with desolation capacity is better!

I used to remove the battery during the winter and put it in the basement to keep warm. Charging time to time. What a mess! Now you can connect the battery and let the whole winter. The brand I am is a VDC Battery Minder. It cost more than the presentation of the battery that I see on TV all the time. But the desolated offers. They do more advertising and marketing.
